    We collect the following data when you use Pshly.ai: • Account data: your name and email address upon registration. • Shopify store data: your store name, domain, and store email after connecting via a Custom App. • Product data: titles, descriptions, images, variants, tags, and SEO data from products and collections you import from Shopify. We do not collect any personal customer data (Protected Customer Data) from your Shopify customers.

    2. How do we use your data?

    Your data is used exclusively for: • Delivering the Pshly.ai service (AI content generation for your Shopify store). • Improving the quality of generated content. • Authenticating your account and managing your subscription. • Communicating about your account or the service.

    3. Do we share data with third parties?

    We do not share your data with third parties, except: • AI models: product data is processed by AI models to generate content. This only happens at your request. • Payment processing: Stripe handles payment data. We do not store credit card information. • Hosting: our infrastructure runs on secure cloud servers.

    4. How do we protect your data?

    • All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. • Shopify access tokens are securely stored with Row Level Security. • Data access is restricted to your own account. • We follow GDPR guidelines and Shopify's mandatory privacy requirements.

    5. GDPR & Shopify compliance

    Pshly.ai complies with Shopify's mandatory GDPR endpoints: • Customer data request (customers/data_request): we do not process customer PII. • Customer data erasure (customers/redact): we do not store customer data. • Shop data erasure (shop/redact): upon uninstallation, all shop-related data is fully deleted.
