    Subscriptions & Credits

Trial period, subscriptions, credits and billing.

    114-day free trial

Every new user gets a 14-day free trial.

    • Starts immediately on registration — no payment details needed.
    • All features available: generate, review and configure.
    • After expiry, account is paused until you choose a subscription.

Note: Pushing to Shopify is not available during the trial.

    14-day free trial

    Real-world example

14 days to test 512 products. G&F Verpakkingen used the trial period to enrich the first 100 shipping boxes and fine-tune the writing style, without entering payment details.

Only after seeing the quality on those 100 products did they decide to switch to a paid plan.

    2Automatic plan selection

When importing, Pshly.ai automatically selects the right trial plan:

    • Starter: Up to 50 products / 10 collections
    • Growth: 51-200 products / 11-30 collections
    • Pro: 201+ products / 31+ collections

After the trial you choose your paid subscription.

    Automatic plan selection

    Real-world example

512 products and 34 collections → automatic Pro plan. During import, Pshly.ai immediately recognised that G&F Verpakkingen was above the 200-product limit and switched the trial plan to Pro.

No one had to manually calculate which subscription fit the size of the catalog.

    3Subscriptions & pricing

    Three subscriptions:

    • Starter — Small stores, up to 50 products.
    • Growth — Growing stores, up to 200 products. Includes GSC.
    • Pro — Large stores, unlimited. All premium features.

See the full comparison on the pricing page.

    Subscriptions & pricing

    Real-world example

From Starter to Pro after the import. With 512 products and 34 collections, G&F Verpakkingen was well beyond the Starter and Growth limits, and automatically moved to the Pro plan with unlimited products.

That gave immediate access to all premium features, including bulk jobs on the full catalog.

    4How credits work

    Credits per AI generation:

    • 1 credit per product description
    • 2 credits per collection text
    • 0.5 credit per alt tag (per image)
    • 10 credits per blog post
    • 1 credit per AI Visibility scan
    • 2 credits per FAQ generation
    • 1 credit per AI Search Simulator
    • 1 credit per SEO analysis
    • 2 credits per A/B variant

Refilled monthly based on your subscription. Your balance is visible in the credit meter at the top of your dashboard.

    How credits work

    Real-world example

500 products × 1 credit + 34 collections × 2 credits. The first full bulk run for G&F Verpakkingen used about 568 credits for descriptions and collection texts combined, excluding alt tags.

By calculating this in advance, the team knew exactly which credit package was needed for the full catalog.

    5Buy extra credits

    Buy extra credits:

    1. Click the credit meter.
    2. Choose the number of extra credits.
    3. Pay via Stripe — credited immediately.

    Extra credits don't expire.

    Buy extra credits

    Real-world example

250 extra credits purchased for the alt-tag run. After the product descriptions, G&F Verpakkingen didn't have enough credits left for the 512 product images, so they topped up immediately via Stripe.

Because extra credits don't expire, the rest could be used for later blog articles without time pressure.

    6Push restrictions during trial

During the trial all push actions are blocked:

    • Product, collection, blog, alt tag, internal link and FAQ push

Enforced server-side (403 response). Upgrade for push access.

Exception: Admin and beta accounts are excluded.

    Push restrictions during trial

    Real-world example

500 descriptions ready, 0 pushed during the trial. For G&F Verpakkingen, all enriched products sat ready in the review, but the push button returned a 403 until the Pro subscription was active.

This kept the original Shopify content safe until an upgrade was deliberately chosen.
